Facilities Hire Coordinator
(Permanent full-time)
A vacancy exists for a person with appropriate experience to assume a leading role in coordinating the College’s facilities hire and associated activities. This varied and challenging role includes promoting and hiring out of College facilities, coordinating function set-ups for both internal staff and external customers and assisting with catering, bus and accommodation arrangements.
The position is suited to a person with passion, drive and well-developed organisational and communication skills, who has a proven track record of building relationships and delivering outstanding customer service – preferably in an events or function environment. You will need to think laterally and also pay attention to detail to ensure the success of the events booked for our valued customers – reliability, planning and an ability to act decisively are essential. The successful candidate will support the Christian values and ethos of the College.
