At the heart of the Immanuel School Community is the Immanuel Lutheran Church (ILC). ILC is a congregation of the Lutheran Church of Australia and was established in 1978 to provide a spiritual home for boarders and day students.

ILC’s vision is to be a welcoming, biblical and spirit led family of faith that connects with the Immanuel School community and nurtures people as followers of Jesus Christ in every generation.  ILC’s mission focuses on Welcoming people into God’s family, Growing together in God’s grace, and Sharing God’s love with others.

The key gathering of ILC is Sunday Worship. This usually takes place in the Immanuel College Chapel and is open to all. Sunday worship services go for approx 60 -70 minutes. And will usually include music, prayer, Bible reading, a key message and Holy Communion / Baptism.  After the service you are welcome to stay, have a cuppa, a bite to eat and a chat with others. At times we share a simple meal after worship.

A 4.30pm Afternoon Family Worship is held on the first and third Sundays of the month in the IPS multi-purpose hall (enter from Saratoga Drive).

ILC also has a variety of small group ministries on offer to help nurture people of every generation as followers of Jesus Christ . For the latest information please visit our website: www.ilc.org.au or contact us.
